Every price on this page is the price you pay. Pick a single service, or stack two or more and take the bundle discount, which runs from 13% up to 19% against the same services bought separately. Everything is month to month. There is no setup fee, no minimum term and no cancellation penalty.
Two tiers exist for most services because the work genuinely splits in two. Starter gets the foundation right: the profile, the schema, the tracking, a steady trickle of content. Growth adds volume and competitive pressure, which is what you need when someone else in your town is already doing the first part well. If you are not sure which side of that line you are on, a fifteen minute call and a look at your current rankings will settle it faster than a guess.
Two things are billed outside these numbers. Google Ads spend goes directly to Google on your own account, in your name, with no markup from us, and the management fee shown here is separate from it. Website builds are one-time projects quoted at a fixed number inside the published range once the page count and integrations are agreed, so nothing is billed by the hour.

Frequently asked questions
- Is there a contract or a minimum term?
- No. Everything is month to month. You are billed for the month ahead, and if you cancel we finish the month you have paid for and stop. There is no early termination fee and no auto-renewing annual term. The one exception is a website build, which is a fixed-scope project with its own schedule rather than a monthly subscription.
- Is ad spend included in the Google Ads price?
- No. The $500 and $1,000 figures are management fees only. Your ad spend is charged by Google directly to a Google Ads account that stays in your name and under your ownership, and we never mark it up or bill it through us. The tier you choose sets how much monthly spend is covered by the management fee: up to $2,500 on Starter and up to $10,000 on Growth.
- How much do I need to spend on ads on top of the management fee?
- For most local service businesses on the Eastern Shore, a starting budget between $1,000 and $2,500 per month is enough to get readable data within about six weeks. Below roughly $750 a month the account gathers data too slowly to optimize honestly, and we will say so rather than take the fee. We will model an expected cost per lead from your actual search volume before you commit anything.
- How does the bundle discount work?
- Bundles are fixed combinations at a fixed monthly price. Each one is cheaper than buying the same tiers separately, from $150 a month on Local Starter up to $1,000 a month on The Works, which works out to 19% off. If your mix does not match a published bundle, we will price the combination you actually need rather than pushing you into a package with services you will not use.
- What does a website build actually cost?
- Between $3,500 and $6,500, quoted as a single fixed number once scope is settled. A focused five-page site with one service area sits near the bottom of that range. A multi-service build with location pages, a booking integration and content migration sits near the top. The quote does not move after it is signed unless you ask for work that was not in the scope.
- Is website maintenance required after a build?
- No. You can take the site and host it yourself, and the code and content are yours once the build is paid in full. Maintenance at $150 to $250 a month exists because most owners would rather not deal with hosting, security patches, uptime monitoring and small content edits. It is cancellable in any month like everything else.
- Who owns the accounts, the content and the site?
- You do. Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Analytics, Search Console and any domain or hosting account are set up in your name with you as owner and us as a delegated user. Everything we write and build for you is yours on full payment. If we part ways, our access is removed and nothing goes with us.
- How and when am I billed?
- Monthly services are invoiced at the start of each service period and due within 15 days. Website builds are 50% to start and the balance on launch. Invoices are sent by email and payable by card or bank transfer. If a card fails we will email you before anything pauses.
- Can I change or pause a plan?
- Yes. Move between Starter and Growth, add or drop a service, or switch into a bundle at any point, and the change takes effect in the next billing cycle. Seasonal businesses do pause over the slow months, though pausing local SEO for a whole winter usually costs more ground than it saves in fees.
- What if I am not sure which service I need?
