## What you will not find here

No traffic multiples. No revenue growth percentages. No lead counts, no star ratings, no return-on-ad-spend figures. Not because they do not exist, but because they are unauditable from outside. You cannot open anyone’s analytics account, every agency inflates these numbers, and there is no test a reader can run to tell an honest figure from an invented one. A claim you cannot check is not evidence, it is decoration.

So the commitment here is narrower and harder: publish only what can be counted. It rules out the most impressive-sounding sentences available to an agency, and that is the trade. What is left is a set of claims that survive being checked, which is a stronger position to argue from than a bigger number nobody can verify.

## How to read them

Each case study states what was built, what it is made of, and the date the counts were taken. Structure is not the same thing as outcome — a well-built site still has to compete in its market — so read these for whether the architecture matches the way your category is actually searched, and whether the starting position resembles yours. A business coming from no web presence at all is a different problem from one with a neglected site.
